The Snap Shot Adapter forms the link between a binocular and a digital camera resulting in clearly focused snapshots at long range. Perfect for nature observation, for outdoor activities and as a traveling companion.
Until now it has only been possible to take digital photographs of what is observed through binoculars with either a lot of time or a lot of luck. The Snap Shot Adapter, developed by Swarovski Optik, is an ergonomic and sophisticated ring that turns the binocular into an objective lens.
All that is necessary for long-distance snapshots, in addition to the appropriate Snap Shot Adapter, is a binocular and a digital camera with an extendable optical zoom. The Snap Shot Adapter is centered on the cameras extended lens by turning the control disk and is then pushed onto the binoculars twist-in eyecup, which has been twisted out to receive it.
