The AP-2 has a vertical binocular head, standard with WF10x/20 eyepieces and an interchangeable dovetailed 2x objective (20x standard magnification) with working distance 75 mm. Field of view 10 mm. One eyepiece with dioptre adjustment and adjustable eye separation of 55 to 75 mm. The eyepieces are firmly secured with a screw. Focussing movement is adjusted by two knobs via a transmission clutch.The stand is made of light metal and is supplied with black-white stage plate. The AP-2 is equipped with a built-in 12 Volt 10 Watt incident illuminator, with built-in transformer and cable. All models are supplied with a black-white stage plate. With the optional WF 5x,WF15x and WF 20x eyepieces and interchangeable objectives 1x, 3x, 4x and 6x, magnifications of 5x to 120x can be reached.
