Meade ETX-125 AT Telescope

With the double light collecting ability of the Meade ETX-90 AT the Meade ETX-125 AT telescope enables a substantially more detailed observation of all objects. Jupiters clouds e.g. show substantially finer details (color and structure differences), the large red mark can be recognized clearly, the Cassini division in the ring of Saturn and details on Saturn's surface can be recognized. Fine details on the lunar surface become visible, which are simply unattainable in smaller telescopes. The larger aperture of the Meade ETX-125 AT enables also a substantially better observation of faint objects such as gas nebulas and galaxies; nevertheless the attainable limiting visual stellar magnitude is 12.5 mag. Everyone of the 110 Messier objects is not only visible, but it shows also clearly recognizable structures in the Meade ETX-125 AT! For seriously interested amateur astronomers the Meade ETX-125 AT will be a faithful companion for a whole life of astronomical studies.
With the Meade ETX-AT telescopes you can already recognize the constantly changing cloud structure on the planet Jupiter and you are even able to observe the shade of its four moons on its surface. With the ETX-AT you are able to see the rings of Saturn, its shades on this planet and some of his moons. On the moon's surface you can recognize hundreds of calderas, creases and other details, everything in brilliant and clear contrast. With Mercury and Venus you recognize the different phases, equally some details on Mars. In the Deep Sky range many objects lie in the range of the ETX: The large Orion nebula, many star clusters, the Andromeda Galaxy and a multiplicity of other celestial objects, thousands of double and multiple star systems, open star clusters, vague nebulas, planetary nebulas and galaxies implied.
The Meade ETX-AT accompanies you everywhere, because it is small and compact, in itself saves it however the optical achievement of a giant. As standard accessories you receive with the ETX-125 AT a 26 mm Super Ploessl eyepiece of the series 4000 and a 8x25 search viewfinder with upright picture. A photo adapter for photography, a 45° Amici prism for earth observations with upright and side corrected picture, as well as more than 20 further eyepieces for enlargements to over 450x  is optionally available for the ETX-125.
