The Leica StereoZoom line offers a flat (planar) field of view. This field is the largest (36.5 mm) of any instrument in its respective class. The Leica StereoZoom line also offers long working distance (110 mm) and clear, sharp images. The optical design allows the microscope to be used for long periods without causing eye strain, and the ergonomic 38° viewing angle promotes proper posture for improved comfort. This results in faster, more efficient inspections thereby increasing productivity. The Leica S4 E is the only instrument in its class with ergonomic objectives, which permit fine adjustments of working distance and viewing height.
