The Eschenbach Alpin Compass is the ideal mountain and trekking compass. Transparent plastic base with rubber feet and highmagnification lens. Three holes with aligment crosses. Rules with cm and inch markings. Plan display/ruler 1:25000 and 1:50000. Anthracite-coloured lid made from special plastic with mirror on the inside and Eschenbach´s three-way sighting system for precise bearings. Extremely long folding orientation guide (17cm). Fluid-filled capsule with large map viewer (diameter 44 mm) and long needle with sapphire bearing. Additional extras: fullyluminescent rotary scaled ring and a integrated inclination angle scale. Slope scales for 1:25000 and 1:50000 facilitate rapid detection of contour lines on a map and therefore calculation of the gradient.
